Kak Hasnizah
With over 20 years of experience in crafting fabric busy books, our talented seamstress took a brief hiatus to manage a food and beverage business. However, her passion for art and craft sewing never faded. Now, she has resumed her creative journey and proudly joined Sagemaker Asia as a co-creator, bringing her expertise and love for fabric busy books to our innovative projects.
Kak Shila
Kak Shila is a dedicated mother of three with over nine years of experience in sewing, primarily creating clothes and shirts. Her journey took an inspiring turn when she discovered a passion for sewing crafts, leading her to join us as a co-creator for Sagemaker Asia. Despite the challenges she faces as the primary breadwinner of her family, with her husband’s health impacting his ability to earn consistently, Kak Shila pours her heart into every piece she creates. Her craftsmanship and resilience are woven into each Rallit storybook, bringing our vision to life.
Kak Shimah
Kak Shimah had to leave her job to care for her ailing mother, while her husband was also unemployed. To support her family, she began sewing socks at home with an old machine, taking free or low-cost classes to improve her skills. Her perseverance paid off when she received a new sewing machine through a workshop, which she now uses to create a variety of fabric products like plush toys and bags. Passionate about craft sewing, Kak Shimah is delighted to be part of our ecosystem as a Sagemaker.
Mak Itie
Mak Itie stands out with her exceptional talent in crocheting, crafting beautiful coasters, lanyards, and flowers. At 54 years old, she has faced countless hardships, yet she continues to live her life with purpose and creativity. Her hands work with a grace that only years of experience and perseverance can bring, creating pieces that inspire wonder and joy. Mak Itie’s creations add a unique touch to Sagemaker Asia’s offerings, reminding us all of the strength and beauty that come from overcoming life’s challenges.
